Christian Ratter has been the managing director of Wir Packen’s since September 2014

In 2010, he joined our company as logistics manager. He played a significant role in the development of the Krefeld location. He brings extensive and sound industry and project experience from his previous work.

During his 16-year tenure at OBI’s parent company, Emil Lux, he completed an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant, as well as a logistics degree. He worked in import processing and promotion handling, served as assistant to the management and head of logistics controlling, projects, returns and quality assurance. In addition to developing simulation software to optimize complex picking processes, he was responsible for all external warehouse operations, the expansion of an existing logistics center, and an automated small parts warehouse (AKL).
